My Shannons Insurance is quite high, but I've got agreed value that covers all my mods as well now. I'm not surprised about the premiums going up...but 20-percent down on value is a bit much. There's still a lot fallout from GFC, etc, what I've found from a business insurance perspective is that they start to trim things here, add a little bit there, in order to make back what they lost the previous years.
I need to choose a gearbox - an 03 or an 05.
The 03 gearbox shifts very smoothly
1st: double synchro
2nd: double synchro
3rd: single synchro
4th: single synchro
5th: single synchro
6th: single synchro
The 05 gearbox has been revised:

2nd: triple synchro

I 've got this link from one of the performance garages. I want to modify my car as per previous thread but this is what they gave me. instead of gettin a CAI they suggest to fully change the factory airbox and so on.
