For the most part, y-pipe single pipe exhausts and duals that incorported X or H pipes are best for N/A. Keeping the exhaust paths completely separated on each bank is not beneficial for N/A. That said, the same types of exhausts that are good for N/A are good for superchargers - though they benfit more from freeer flowing exhausts
Going TT, having an x or H pipe beomes less essential, and flow and back pressure are most important. The same holds true for ST setups
