Hey guys,

Does anyone know if there is any truth to the rumor that you can get a speeding ticket from EZ Pass logging your time between tolls? I take the parkway to work everyday and I'm thinking about getting EZ Pass to make the tolls easier. But I know myself and I rarely stay at or under 65...

At this point, I am going to say myth. I know that there are areas that track your speed as you go through an individual toll booth using photo radar, and you will be issued a citation for speeding through the toll booth. But I have never heard of a verified case where someone was issued a citation for covering the distance between tolls "too quickly".

I've never heard of someone getting a ticket this way either, and EZ Pass claims this to be true. I supposed it is possible, since it records your time in and out of the toll road :dunno: I know I've gone too quickly between tolls occasionally :hide2: But haven't received any tickets via mail. :dunno: I find the EZ Pass to be very useful. Wouldn't know what to do w/o it...
