Every once and a while. I have to order new dip sticks and then fire up the mini-lathe. I will be working on a few this weekend and will be sending jpegs to those who emailed me with an interest.

Since the dipstick is metal, wont it be a b1tch to check your oil when your engine is warm?? Or do you just use a rag to keep from permenantly attaching the billet shape to your hand?
