Are you trying to get a turnout for Aaron and crew, or are you just letting everyone know about it?

If you need a turnout I wouldn't mind showing up to talk cars with people and Dyno again, but I won't have changed much if at all as none of my mods since my last dyno there were performance mods.

Both.  :)

Ok, I'll sign up them. Maybe I should dyno my beater truck :)

I might be proud if it happens to top 100hp!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S A MONSTER!!!!! :irock:

Racer, what SC do you have? And what do you think of it so far as compared to stock.

I have the Vortech.

And compared to stock, I have no idea. I've been pretty heavily modded for a year and then added the S/C--but it was still a huge improvement. It'll be dyno'd and I'll finally see what numbers I'm actually putting down. :)

I'm debating on whether or not to dump a little race gas in it and add back a little extra timing to show off. lol

Do you use yours as a daily, or is it a race/garage toy??

Mine's still a daily. But I really need to buy a more suited daily soon, gas is starting to kill me since I no longer get anywhere near 25 mpg.

Of course that means spending less on the Z, and well, just when I get one thing done, the list of what I still want to do only grows longer. lol

My car is stock, except for a CAI, but I always wanted to dyno it just to find out how much hp and tq my factory engine is producing.

How reliable is this dyno machine? I've heard of some machines showing some wacky numbers, and since this sounds like a great deal I just wanted to see if anyone here has tried this machine previously and how their results came out. Thanks in advance, and I hope to see you guys (and gals :D) out there this coming Saturday.

I get out of class at noon, so I probably won't make it up there until 1ish. But I'm still up in the air about running (since I STILL don't have my tuning right--ugh).

Edit: and Zluver--my car (along with a few other people's here) has been on this dyno several times and it's always been reliable.

Ah nuts. I have to be in Arlington at 1:30 :(

Well, guess I will have to catch you at the next one. However I do have a favor to ask, if you do run it Sat could I have a copy of the run files??

Please :)

Ok maybe this is a stupid question, but what is DI.net? I tried typing www.DI.net into my browser and that pulled up DesignIntelligence's website. Thanks

Are you asking how well is it calibrated?

Pretty much all dynos are going to give different readings due to different elevations, temperatures, etc. Also a Mustang dyno will read FAR different than a dynojet, as will a dynopak.

This is a Dynojet, which I happen to like the most.
