Not a real dyno, but with my borla, test pipes and drop in K+N, i averaged around 10hp increase with a gtech. Not substantial but car sounded good and responded well enough to notice. Exhausts and intakes arent going to do much for real gains, and without a tune, most N/A mods arent really worth it.
Would recommend replacing the cats and a plenum / spacer for a real bang for buck. K+N filter may only yield a real 2-4whp but you should see a slight increase in gas mileage.
