Welcome- your first post doesn't mention why you replaced the DS window regulator in the first place. What kind of window symptoms did your 370Z display in the first place? Are you certain it's not the window motor, rather than the switch?

Please try to reply in complete sentences so you're more understandable.

We I replace the regulator in my 370Z under driver side door now the window will not roll up but will go down is it the switch we're kind of stumped
Have you reset the windows. Close both doors, ignition on, hold window button down for 5 seconds after the window is fully down, then raise the window and hold the button up for 5 seconds after wind has fully raised.
You will need to do the same on the passenger side window.
I hope this helps
