I got an e-mail today of a written customer complaint to Nissan from a WA Nissan bus customer. Funniest thing I read in ages. I want to share it with you all, but its about 800k (pdf format) and this site only allows up to 100k attachements.

Looks like all the Aust Nissan aftermarket service divisions are pathetic - this letter was reminiscent of some of the service that some Aussie owners received / didn't receive for their Z's.

I love reading letters like that. Too often, I see the 'good' letter thanking the business, but never anything like that. It's refreshing to know someone out there has the balls and intelligence to write something like that. :lmfao: I wonder what, if any, the reply was to that complaint.

It'd be entirely impossible to know this is an actual letter, and as satisfying as it may have been to write something such as this, what are the odds of it accomplishing anything?

If this is real, and so is the customer, and Nissan has this problem, I doubt an attempt to fix things with this approach is going to work.

But I love it anyways!
