Are you talking about their parts department? Or car sales? I had bad experience there when trying to buy my car.. They are very happy sales men.. and make you feel comfortable.. only to trick you on the numbers!!!

I bought mine at Brown's Fairfax Nissan, and they tried to trick me too. When I walked in I told them I wanted to buy it for such and such amount for 60 months at such and such payments.
Everything was going so well, I was getting the payments I wanted for the # of yrs I wanted...or so I thought. I was about 80% done with the paperwork, had signed a bunch of stuff, including the loan terms. Luckily the sales manager messed up the paperwork and we had to start over.
Just I was about to sign the new loan paper, I noticed that they had snuck 72 months in on me without telling me. I was pissed.I told them no way. They gave me sh*t about me agreeing to those terms. I told them to give me my keys back. All of a sudden they were doing whatever they could to get me into that car.![]()

They wacked my interest rate down like 4 points, gave me discounted extended warranty, gave me more for my old car, and gave me the aero package for free. 3 hours later, after like 10 times asking for my keys back, I got what I wanted. In the end I won, but it was a PITA.![]()
Side note - I kinda wish I would have wited like 6 months. Right now, around here, everyone is offering anywhere from 3000 to 10,000 dollars off MSRP. Oh well, I love my Z. No complaints.
DoneLo Fi, you should put this in a thread about Brown Fairfax Nissan to let people know.
