I changed shezhot to Mobile 1 and she has such a nice smoothness about her. It was past due for her change and I decided that since I have put 9728 miles in 5 months that an upgrade in oil would help me extend my miles btwn changes. I love it so far.

Now all you need to do is upgrade even more to Royal Purple or Amsoil.

I think I am staying w/ Mobile 1 esp since I am still changing oil every 3K miles....can't be THAT big of a difference can it???

I too am sticking with Mobil1. As someone who tries to change his oil every 3k miles, buying Royal Purple would get rather expensive. Although I may switch the Z over and just leave the Si on Mobil1. We'll see. Dave just changed, we'll see what he says

Mobil 1 is a great oil. My cousin uses it in his Supra with no problems. I run Redline in my car though. I know what you mean by that smoothness after an oil change - feels good.

It's really easy to hit 10,000 if you Hwy like I do. Z usually only rolls when we go out of town. Last three months that's every other weekend. I was getting burned out living out of a suitcase. LOL

I just. made the switch to synthetic; nothing noticeable to me. Then again, my air filter was really dirty, so I replaced it and **** if the new one isn't louder! Now, off to ebay to find a JWT charger

Don't forget gearbox and diff - they wear out to!

I have a fleet of 9 cars, and two are over 500,000k - and still tight as a drum!
