Four times in the last week my car has either smoothly stalled out while in upper gears and doing speeds of 40 to 70, or started 'bucking' to the point where I was forced to pull over. Each of these times the engine refuses to start for anywhere from three to five minutes, eventually turning over and allowing me to drive another ten minutes or so without problem. This morning on the way into the dealership however, the Service Engine Soon light was finally thrown, hopefully to my advantage. It seems the source of the recent headaches is due to a faulty Crank Position Sensor that should be on the car in a few days. I just wanted to share some info with you guys in case any of you end up having the same problem. BTW: The car is only 9 months old, its a Base MT with just over 11,000mi. Hope this helps in the future.
