Calipillar Paint

They carry the G2 caliper paint kit. Also, they make caliper stickers but I'm not sure if they make one for the 350Z. I've seen them on the S2000 with the calipers painted and they look sharp. The website says if you don't see it on there, to ask they might carry it and if they don't they can probably make one for the Z.
