Several parts fell off of my 2004 350Z-touring coupe I’ve found the under cover shroud, wheel well liners, rear engine cover , but this one I can’t find it anywhere in any of the diagrams I looked up. It attaches to the radiator bracket. It’s near the composite radiator bracket and headlights bracket , passenger side. Can anyone tell me where it came from ? Sure be a big help.

They seem to be different parts. The third photo shows a bumper bracket- it fits underneath the headlight and uses 10 mm bolts to hold it up and support the bumper. All these parts solidify the bumper, underbody and wheel well sections. It's doubtful they simply "fell off". Has your Z suffered any serious front end or underbody damage?

Yeah last owner bottomed her out and broke both the air intake ducts RHLH I’ve already replaced both sides. And yes it ties everything together

The previous owner did more than just hit a speed bump too hard. He must've flown the Z off a high speed jump and landed on the nose hard enough to fracture a lot of the underbody parts. Surprised this type of damage didn't show up before you bought the car.

In any case, check the headlight frames while you have it apart because they're probably warped from the impact. Also, the front shocks are likely blown as well and may be due for replacement in any case.
