Hi I’m in the middle of replacing my battery on my 350z and there was a leak and a ton of corrosion on the plate the battery sits on. I wanted to remove it and clean it but I can’t seem to get it out. I removed two bolts toward the front of the vehicle but the plate still won’t come out. I can’t find anymore bolts or fasteners because the rest of the plate is covered in acid and corrosion. Any ideas?

Welcome- I've never seen the amount of corrosion you describe, but be careful in removing the tray. You don't want to chip away the corrosion and find nothing but a hole in the firewall? The battery plate, as you call it, is plastic with two 10 mm bolts holding it in place.

I dug around very carefully and found two more bolts at the bottom of the wells. The bolt that was in submerged in acid is stripped.

I don’t have what I need to grip the bolt so I’m going to clean it the best I can for now. To your point I did look carefully around the area and there doesn’t seem to be any more corrosion other than on that plate.

That picture says volumes about the corrosion. I'd take that battery plate out and thoroughly clean it and everything underneath. If there's any rust, be sure to clean it and use a rust converter to keep it from spreading. Once the converter has dried, you can paint over it and reinstall the battery tray with some fresh hardware. This is a good spring project.
