I believe a twin turbocharged 350Z does 1/4 mile at about mid 11s to low 12s.

The video that you saw depicted the effects of falling asleep at the wheel.

Wait I don't get it, what's so funny? Looks to me the APS 350z TT runs the 1/4 @ 12.15 sec on daily driver.

Video.

Weird. Rest assured the Z can go faster than that with a turbo. Maybe the install was shoddy at best, plus the driver probably didn't know what he was doing.

Depends upon numerous variables.....

Driver skill
other mods
tuning
rubber
weight of the car
condition of the track
weather (heat)
etc etc

You can't say that EVERY TT'd engine out there will run the same exact numbers. Even the same car will not run the same numbers each time down the track....

As everyone's said....it's not the CAR that sleeps through the light, launches too hard, misses shifts.... :banghead:

Drag racing takes practice, like anything else. There are lots of people who are fast drivers IN THEIR MINDS....because they've bought a performance car.

But the car's only half the performance! :shiftdrive:

Or, as my mechanic would say: "Loose nut behind the wheel..." :goodtimes:

That run was straight out of the box as said in the description. Tuning can make a big difference.
