And we will have 5 of them in stock over at MRC motorsports in mid to late September..The pricing is set from APS so there can be no fluctuation but we may be able to do free shipping and a deal on the install for pre-orders with the first batch.
Jason has had some unfortunate family issues lately so I am trying to help sell a few units. This kit is the best engineered kit we have seen as of yet and are confident we will have one of (possibly 2 of)the fastest street driven 350z's in the country after the install on 2 built motors by late winter..We are shooting for 600 whp on a forged engine. We are distibuters for CP pistons and can match if not beat any advertised price on CP pistons.
Come see us at Summer Slam at Raceway Park on July 3rd and 4th..All preorders must be by July 30th to get the special on the first five, after that APS will be jacking up the price on the units in 05 so dont wait...

Do you guys also distribute connecting rods aside from the cp pistons? I take it the pistons retain the stock diameter and bump down the comp? Ahh heck, i'll just check out your site ;)

Hi guys,

This is Peter from APS in OZ (down under) and this is my first post on the forum so I am really interested to chat with you guys,if you have any questions regarding the APS TT system or any other APS 350Z products feel welcome to ask away and I will do my best to provide up to date technical data.

The APS TT system is due for release in late september 04 and APS engineers have completed an enormous amount of testing to ensure that the system is the most comprehensively engineered TT product to date.

Anyway thanks for your interest and I hope to hear from you guys soon.

welcome, mate! a few questions about your incredible TT:

1. have you run any side-by side comparisons with the greddy TT? what are the results?

2. are you working with any performance shops stateside as far as distributing and installation? (is there one in the dallas area?)

thanx for the time and work you guys have done. with your past history i have no doubt you guys will be highly successful.

Thanks for your warm welcome
and no problem to give you some answers on this issue.

APS is working with a number of tuning shops in the US who will stock and support the APS product..............the main critera that APS requires is both good technical knowledge on the 350Z and as importantly a high level of customer service.

Now we have obviously had a serious look at our competitors products in the US market (and we have both PE and Greddy TT systems in OZ for product evaluation) and I am confident that the APS TT product will stack up well when compared to either TT system...............I could say much more though I guess you can see that I'm confident that the APS TT will set new standards for 350Z performance.

Now this is not to say that both of the other competitors products are really good products though we have looked very closely at the strengths and weakness of both systems.............and I firmly believe that APS has addressed all of the issues that our competitors have not in their base system.

I believe that APS has taken additional time to consider the best approach to a fully engineered TT product and we considered thorough engineering more important than just an attractive price only.

If you take the time to consider the APS TT system in totality you will see that the APS TT covers all bases and provides a path to extreme horsepower by only adding pistons and good con rods to the base TT system.

As one example only the base APS TT system provides a fuel system designed to support up to 12 psi turbo pressure, around 500 wheel horsepower (would recommend Billet con rods and forged pistons at this power) whilst our competitors TT systems will only support 6 to 7 psi turbo pressure before fuel system runs out of supply and requires an upgrade.

Bottom line I'm confident that the APS TT system offers the highest level of performance and the very latest technology in watercooled dual ball bearing turbos available on the planet as of now.

Thanks

Nice to see you here Peter.

What fuel can you run off of this turbo system and what kind of power is it making?

Hey thanks also for your welcome............ I feel at home allready.

Now I guess you're asking what octane fuel you can run with the TT system. With good engine tuning the system can operate on 91 to 94 octane fuel though the power will alter to some degree as the boost level and ignition timing will need to be mapped to suit the fuel octane available.

Now the best power we have seen to date is just over 500 Horsepower at the tires on the same as your 94 octane fuel (this was with stock pistons and rods and we did not dare push the engine for very long) though I would not recommend this for any customer before upgrading pistons and rods for obvious reasons.

No doubt there is awesome power potential with the APS TT system when the engine is built to withstand the high cyl pressures, ther really nice thing is the APS TT system is also really powerful with only 6 psi of boost and the base TT system allows you to explore much higher horsepower down the path when you're ready to strenghten the engine.

Thanks

Thanks for stopping by.. Its good to see new faces, especial when they are bringing big things to the table! I am looking forward to all of your product offerings..

No problem and it's my pleasure to be involved with a group of like minded passionate Z owners. I'm really looking foward to meeting many of you when I visit the States................maybe we could organise a get together and chat about all things Z related.

Hey Pete , one more - welcome to our site..

what other products, besides TT kit and plenum will you be offering in the future for 350Z's ?

Well thanks very much and you guys do have an awesome site............the more I browse the site the better it looks.

At the moment we are concentrating out total efforts on the APS intercooled TT system and then a number of other products will be released which are,

1) APS true twin 2.5'' cat back exhaust system

2) APS tall boy plenum

3) APS high volume air cooled oil pan

4) APS test pipes

5) APS engine management computer

This is all that APS has in the pipe line for the moment though if you have any other Z products that you would like APS to consider for future development by all means let me know, as we are always looking for new product lines and opportunities.

Thanks

Welcome aboard.  Congrats on the new system coming out.
</span>

Thanks heaps and I hope you guys really get a buzz out of the APS TT system, the development process has been a long journey though I'm stoked with the end result.

I just can't wait now to build a new engine (billet con rods and forged pidtons) and really start to get more serious..................600 + Hosepower at the wheels has got to be a load of fun.

Thanks

Peter
