whats up everyone, i'm new here but whatever. I'll start by saying that i HAVE read every single search about clutch bleeding issues and all that crap but nobody has really answered that person's question because they just troll on them and say oh this is what i did and it worked, well some people don't have what you have and have little resources.
ANYWAYS my 2006 Z has 85xxx miles on it and the clutch started slippin about 3 weeks ago so i bought a new clutch for it last week. I replaced it 3 days ago and the tear down/ rebuild thing went great with no problems, BUT i'm over here trying to bleed the clutch and it's not going so well.I have tried every bleeding method other than the Power Bleeding or that Motive bleeder thing cause i threw all my cash into the clutch and like 5 quarts of brake fluid. Air has got into the system, i reverse bleed it till i saw no more air-bubbles popping up and i went to hit the clutch and still have NO pressure what so ever. The pedal goes all the way to the floor and when it's about 2" off the floor i feel a little bit of resistance and i had my buddy push the clutch in while i was under the car and i could see the Slave Cylinder pushin the fork and then releasing, but the releasing on the slave seems a little slow. Anyways I started freaking out because i thought i really FCKED something up. I adjusted the clutch pedal a little to see if i could get the clutch engagement to be a little higher since the resistance is pretty much when the clutch is on the floor, but i fired the car up and i lost every bit of resistance and it wouldn't go into gear. I know that the Clutch system is a Hydrolic system and some say that you can't gravity bleed it BLAH BLAH BLAH......
When i was bleeding it I did just like the FSM said to do, I saw the brand new fluid being pushed out of the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder so i know that the fluid is being pushed around, but the clutch pedal never ever pops back up. Maybe there is still air in the line, maybe the cylinder is ******.... idk. I just need some help from yall ASAP. Thank yall and sorry for the long post. :xZ!o::xZ!o::xZ!o::xZ!o::xZ!o::xZ!o::xZ!o:
