Before any of you do business with them, please note that their shipping costs are outrageous and they are the slowest company I've ever dealt with as far as order processing and shipping. The e-mail I sent to them:

QUOTE
Attn: Management at ART

I placed an order with your company for a set of front and rear sway bar endlinks for a Nissan 350z on June 3rd. I noted that the shipping costs were extremely high ($40 for what seems to be maybe 3 to 4 lbs of product at the most). I went ahead with the order anyway, to which I now regret.

For $40 dollars worth of shipping, my order STILL has not arrived, and today's date is the 18th. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind the wait, and these parts are not needed asap (and it's a good thing), but it's the principle that bothers me.

I feel that I should not incur shipping charges for this item, as the amount of time passed is excessive. If your company is unable to refund my shipping costs, I will simply refuse the package upon delivery and cancel my order. There are other companys making the same quality endlinks out there for much less shipping, and I'd be willing to bet had I done business with them the product would have been at my door a week ago.

This is certainly not the first aftermarket part I've purchased for my car, and definately not the first parts company I've dealt with. However, this is the longest I've ever waited for a part, and the most I've ever paid for shipping - especially of such a small and light item.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this e-mail, as myself and countless other 350z-tech.com forum members that are aware of my situation await to see how ART handles this issue.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Hello,

I feel your frustration, man. I've been waiting for over three weeks for a certain spacer. I hope it gets to you soon.

I bought my Stoptech big brakes through Paul. I don't know if they have a site again or not, but this was between ART and the previous company. I'm not sure how it all worked out as I did it over the phone, but my brakes were drop shipped and the order was processed quickly. I was very suspicious when I ordered but was happy with the service and the price. I never posted a review on here because I was unsure how I felt about refering people to them.

I got my Veilside V1 lip from Paul @ ART and had no issues at all. He told me up front that he had to order it first then ship it to me which was fine. But i agree that shipping seems a bit high since my lip cost me $35 to ship

Did you order the SPL endlinks? Why didn't you order direct from SPL?
Don't know. I followed a link to ART, and just ordered them. Didn't think I'd have this issue.

Exactly, $35 for a lip. Thats a huge box. I ordered sway endlinks, you could probably fit them in a FedEx envelope..
