adhesive advice

i bought this TV tuner for my car...the thing is, i need to figure out a way to stick the antenna to the windshield. The parts that are going to stick are made of plastic. so does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should use to stick the plastic to the glass?? i was thinking about that rubber stuff that comes in the mail sometimes....its used to keep brochures stuck together...but it comes off pretty easily, anyone know what im talking about and where i can get it? and oh yea, its on the INSIDE of the windshield so weather wont be an issue
