I have a Torin 1.5 ton aluminum racing jack that I got at Pep Boys. It goes as low as 3 9/16". It was one of the most expensive jacks they had, but I like it. It does not have a rubber part where the jack meets the jack points on the car, but I don't see why you need a rubber part. The jack points are far enough under the car that you would never see a slight scratch on the jack point if you made one with your jack.
