It all depends on what you are looking to get out of your car.

Like I said, price limit and power goal? Some kits aren't going to meet certain goals, some kits aren't going to meet certain price limits. ("best" describes something that is the optimum choice for a specific person, there is never a "best", in the automotive world at least)

Stillen would be extremely hard-pressed to reach that.

Vortech might reach 500rwhp, it seems like it could at least.

ATI Procharger might, it also seems like it could.

Turbonetics can.

APS single turbo can.

APS TT can.

GReddy TT can.

Power Enterprise might.

HKS S/C might.

JWT TT might, verdict is still out...

Price limit?

IMO, your cheapest options are the GReddy TT with upgrades, APS single turbo, ATI Procharger, Vortech, and Turbonetics.

You're going to need to do internals for over 450rwhp IMO.

Pretty much what Nis350ZTT said. If you are planning to go over 450rwhp then it would be a good idea to do internals.

I voted the single turbo. It will be my choice. I don't like all of the belts and pulleys that come with superchargers. The idea of moving air sounds like a better theory to me.

Either way, you're looking at needing a TT kit for 500whp or you're going to be pushing your single turbo or supercharger really hard. Also, if I were shooting for over 425, I'd upgrade internals before everything blows up.
