Anyone know if this is normal or what?

Everytime I set my climate control to AUTO, the A/C light comes on and I gotta press it to shut it off EVERY TIME. I just got my car this winter and the AC was coming on every time I set the temp knob to AUTO. Very annoying.

Anyone know how to disable it from putting the A/C on every time? :xZ!o:

No way as far as i know to disable it.. just an annoying feature to live with.

Nope. The only way to stop the A/C from coming on everytime is to never set it to AUTO

I just realized the AC light is on even if I DONT have it set to auto.. everytime i turn the car on the AC light is on. the ONLY time it WONT come on when i turn the car on is when its shut to OFF

You're right. It's been so long since I've had it set to anything but OFF that I forget it always defaults to on. Just like the stupid TCS
