my 350Z and another Acura RSX

i was getting on I-75 and i noticed a fast RSX closing in on me and trying to pass me on the merge lane. eventually he didnt because the merge lane was norrow for him.
as soon as we got on the highway , i would say the cars were running on 60 miles then. i let him come parallel to me, and then we just let the cars loose!!

he didnt even have a chance my car started pulling away buy almost 5 cars, even though his car was LOUD i was impressed with his exhaust system he had on.

that was the first run!.

the second run

i let the guy speed up , and i gave him a good advantage of a 5 cars almost. the guy was already over 90 i assume. i just let the car go, the beast went like a bullet past him. Oooooo it was beautiful just to see him :OMG:

the guy then passed me and gave me a thumb up.... :yourock:

If I see an RSX that wants to race me i wouldn't, it's such a slap in the face and worse than defeating it.. you know you'll beat it, but if he's got a turbo and beats you then you'll feel like ****.

No, Turbo RSX run close to 13.5. there is a video of a drag between a Z and an RSX were the RSX did 13.9 and I didn't hear a BOV! the Z did 14.2

Don't under-estimate the RSX. A few light mods and it can beat us. Only takes about $2k in N/A mods.

You can get into mid 13s with all engine rsx. Hondata reflash, race header, Cai, exhaust. There is a toda (springs, reflash, camshafts) package that costs 2200 that adds 30 whp, and toda race header that gives over 20 whp. The K20 engine got great potential.

And no, no way in **** you would beat a tuned turbo rsx. They put down about 270-290 whp at like 7 psi with cybernation kit

My brother actually has one and he beat a Z when i was in the car. :shiftdrive: It wasn't stock it had a Greddy Turbo, BOV, ECU reflash, exhaust and headers. We went from a stop sign the RSX had a little vtech lag but the car just rockets past 60 mph we got well over 130 that race.
