I saw 2 or 3 350s the other day and still didn't get a response. It was weird. I know they can see my lights flashing or my hand waving. Maybe my car is so boring that they don't notice me. Time to sell?

Well SmoothZ, I guess flashing your lights is an ok gesture in a common sort of way. However, in my experience it’s not the most productive type of flashing to garner notice!

Maybe he just shat his pants right there! Maybe his excitement was also at fever pitch, you know with the lights and everything its a wonder he wasn't triggered into an epileptic fit..................you gotta be carefull dude..................thats like.........major incident stuff :OMG: I would sell mate, like quicky before they get on to you with investigators. I had that happen to me when I was like ........driving my Moms car.? They came to our door and everything, blue / red lights flashing my head spinning, uniforms handcuffs, they found my stash.............whoa,.............. like Responability big time. My Uncle posted bail but I just left dude.........too complicated you know? Wonder why my Uncle was always visting my Mom? It was always when dad was away..........Mum just freaked too, like she was always going to the bedroom to have a little rest and handle the stress. It seemed my uncle was always the one to go in there and get her out, and they both used to come out really happy. Mum always had a shower and looked real nice again. He's a champion at fixing things, real good bloke my Uncle.
I think they were mostly trying to protect me because when ever he came over, I always had to go cut the grass and do the garden and stuff just to get my mind off Moms troubles.............guess what? I got a new little sister now! YAY!! I can't wait to tell Dad when he gets back. They said I could be the first to tell!
It is weird dude. Sometimes people just don't see the obvious you know? its like theyre in a dream or something :shiftdrive:

Sorry Mate, for one brief moment there I did stoop to the lowest form of humour at someone elses expense but sometimes it is so tempting. I guess waving and flashing in traffic isn't everyones cup of tea!
I prefer a different beaverage, I guess that comes with age.

I went to my usual paint/panel workshop to get my spoiler taken off and experiment with the clean look for a while so I can get a better idea of how low I should be going.

When I rolled in and got waved to park my car near to where it was going to be worked on, I saw a friend's old 280Zx and then a bit further on a 370Z up on jacks getting some paint onto its calipers. To my car's left was another friend's 350Z, who had a new pair of headlamps installed. After I left and came back to drop something off, the mechanics said two other 370s had stopped by, in the same area and someone took pictures of the whole thing.

The place where I went to doesn't really specialize in Zs. Since myself and a few friends started sending our cars there it seems to be getting regular visits from Z owners.

I'll try and track down the pics and post them.

:thumbsup: That sounds pretty cool. We're planning a Z cruise in 3 weeks and might stop by a performance shop that's doing a fundraiser. Can't wait to roll in and see the look on everyone's face.
