Had my '04 track on a Dyno Dynamics last Friday. Friend is the West Coast Distributor and gave me a pull.

JWT (dirty filter :banghead: ), Nismo exhaust, Pure Plenum Spacer.

81 degrees
4th gear

max 231.2 hp
AFR started around 14.5 and ended around 12.5

The chart that was provided is in the HP and High Speed Air Fuel Ratio vs MPH. Not your typical chart but is very informative for tuning. I am getting the typical HP and TQ vs RMP chart so I can post for all to see.

We are going to try the Haltech Interceptor piggy-back in a few weeks to see what we can get. Supposedly it was designed on a 350z. Same friend is also a Haltech distributor.

I'll post the charts as soon as I get the traditional version.

If your Z is a manual, you should probably dyno the car in 5th gear. That gear is 1:1, not 4th. Just a thought.

Thanks for your input. :yourock:
No comments on anything but the gear? :banghead:
Don't take this the wrong way but your stuck on the 5th gear thing for sure.
There is discussion about which is best but it really doesn't matter to me.
Just looking at tuning not bragging. :headshake:
My driving will more than make up for the difference in HP. :shiftdrive:

Not really a good idea with the Z. First, I've seen inflated numbers running on load based dynos in 5th with my Z. I dynoed 261 in 4th and 282 in 5th. Also, the speeds reached in 5th at 7,000 rpm are rather dangerous on a dyno.

andlid - it is RWHP, that being said, it is at the tires.

she's got close to 90,000 miles

ambiquous (michele) - I am in the South Bay area. Hit me up!

Mine dynoed at 253.3 and we did it in 4th gear as well.

I see you have an LS Z
