Welcome- it's hard to tell if your fans are defective from the limited info you posted. The radiator fans turn on when a particular temp is reached. The easiest way to determine a problem is to pull codes from the BCM (body control module) section. Have you tried pulling any codes?

Also, depending on the last time you changed radiator fluid, you may have air trapped in the radiator that's causing overheating. Or your Z may have a defective radiator cap. How many miles are on your Z and when was the last time the fluid AND the radiator cap was changed?

I just had all the teams about two weeks ago everything seemed fine and it has 92,000 miles on it but I do know one thing and does work because I’ve done the 350 diagnose and three times the right thing didn’t work I’m hoping it’s a fuse or should I order a whole new fan but I have to go to Nissan I guess to find out exactly what it is

Oil changes are fine, but how long ago was the radiator coolant changed out? Your radiator cap is also well worn at 92K and may not hold pressure. Either of these factors could be affecting cooling.
