well it is that time. Just got done having my 15,000 mile service completed. Those guys at my dealership really take good care of my car, it is a shame that i am leaving at the end of the month for Tennesee. Anyway the coolest part about it i think was that each and every sales associate (and the owner of the dealership) took turns and came out to check the car. I mean it only has NISMO rims and the spoiler, with some CF engine pieces and a JWT popcharger. But they gave big compliments on how the car looked and that. That just made my day

Sweet! It's that time for me, too. I'll price it tomorrow and see what's involved. I know we have a section on service and what to expect. I just want to see if it matches up with my dealer.

Yeah smooth, that is for the "upgraded" service plan if you paid extra for it, which I did not. Otherwise it is $299? Fuggetaboutit.

I noticed TK has "rotate tires" on the service page. I know the service manual says rotate tires, but it also says something like "for all vehicles except 350Z and Murano." I just have the dealer do oil changes; the small things I can do.

WELL ALL THEY DO IS CHECK STUFF LIKE BRAKES,TIRES, ENGINE COMPONENTES AND CHANGE OIL AND WIPER BLADES...U PAY EXTRA FOR BATTERY CLEAN AND DON'T NEED TO ROTATE TIRES....IN CABIN MIRCO FILTER IS 30-40 BUCKS PLUS INSTALL...SO IT DEPENDS ON WHAT U WANT.

That's weird, I didn't know the Z had an in cabin filter. Could have sworn I read in that in the owners manual.

Also, I can see the tires being rotated/switched to opposite sides, but not corner to corner or front to back.

I guess the oil change is the only thing I'll need tomorrow.

Just had my 15,000 mile service yesterday. I think it was like $83.

Rotating the tires from side to side in the Z is $$$$ since they have to take the tires off the wheels to do it

As far as 15K, I didn't her to take to the dealer this was when I was finally able to change my own oil.
