Just want to get some feedback on the direction I'm taking. Next step is suspension and another round of paint. Just got the wheels and tires on.

I appreciate the work and the expense that is going into your wide body. However I think the stock body is much prettier. Just not feeling it..........

I hope you paint the car a new color. Since you're going big, you might as well do a different color entirely.

Not sure about the color. That's more of a personal thing.

Nice looking rotors. Next major brake job on my Z, I'm going to use Super Blue fluid. I have Motul DOT 4 right now.

hmm your car is nice but i don't like this white color of wheels because its making the whole car a crap. i think you should put the red on because that looking more good then this white color. good luck for you project. thanks for sharing.

Thanks, the white is just an unfinished/unpainted part. The entire car will be painted red when I am home for more than a few weeks at a time.

Finally back from deployment!

So I'm back and I finally got to open up the new suspension. Also bought some new Whiteline front and rear sway bar end links. GTM TT Kit will be ordered by the end of next week as well as a full Motordyne twin tip exhaust system. Will upload pics when install is complete!

What you are doing to the looks of your car really does not work for me.
My background is design. What I'm seeing is someone adding parts without
a clear vision of what the end product was gonna look.First of all,the Z
roadster has a negative design wise going for it,the top.The top design ruins the
overall look of the Z.Of course, you can't be driving around with the top down
all the time.
So,you got wide body stuff mounted.A large wing.Side skirts that do not exactly
flow off the wide body parts. To make these parts at least look like they are a
part of a whole,I'd paint the car black.

Everything is installed!

It took almost 20 hours due to some unforeseen annoyances (stripped sway bar end links and power bleeder failures) but it's all in. I'll have to get it all tuned up this weekend and wait for the suspension to settle before I do the final ride height adjustments. Next on the list is ordering the TT kit, possibly some new seats, the full Motordyne Shockwave exhaust, and sending off the interior pieces for Carbon Fiber. Will update when I get some more done.

Update time I guess. Sorry I've been too lazy to upload pictures since my camera broke in Japan. All my pictures are on my iPhone at the moment. I am currently working on all the body work. I would say I am about 95% finished at this point. Right now I am cutting the front wide body fenders so I can remove the front bumper. I have the driver side completely separated. Tomorrow I will do the passenger side and remove the front bumper so I can finish the underside as well as remove the headlights and finish the body work behind the headlights. The TT kit should be here by next Friday. For whatever reason GTM has been slow rolling me since I ordered the kit last month on the 15th.

So this weekend I am rolling a friend's fenders for her and then I will spend the rest of the weekend priming the new parts and the body work so I can double check for imperfections before a final priming and sand. Next step is either a new clutch assembly or engine internals. We'll see. Still really want to get the Meisterschaft exhaust but I haven't made a decision on that yet. I am also looking at Motordyne's full exhaust system. If anyone has advice/opinions I'd love to hear it unless you are EUROZ (I don't want any of your opinions since you are arrogant and so quick to judge.)

While I'm on the subject, here is my reply to your shortsighted response. 1) I did and still do have a firm grasp of what I want the car to look like 2) You can take your design background somewhere else 3) I can drive with the top down all the time since I don't drive the car in bad weather (I also own a daily driver 08 Wrangler Unlimited) with 305s on the back it's **** near impossible to drive on wet roads. 4) The car will stay red. 5) Where is a picture of your car so people can troll yours?

Everyone else, thank you for your inputs and opinions. I like to hear what the rest of the community thinks.
