Car has 166 000 on it , owner states no mechanical problems, but some cosmetic issues pics don't look bad. Convertible, interior is in good shape. Is 4000.00 a fair price. Or is 3200 - 3500 more reasonable.

Welcome- the only way to properly evaluate this ZR's value is to have a paid mechanical assessment done. Expect to pay $200-300 for a technician to spend a few hours doing the work and preparing a written report. It's the only way to know what you're buying!
