New transmission or upgrade?

Hello everyone,

So I bought a 2006 350z Enth and have it torn apart right now. I will be building it as a weekend track toy and I will probably drive it occasionally if I don't feel like driving my other car. So, currently I am getting ready to order a prebuilt, stage 2 short block VQ from SOHO motorsports, and I was only planning on replacing the clutch/flywheel etc but not the transmission itself. However, I keep seeing everywhere on the forums that the 350z transmission is rough (especially from 1st to 2nd) and can be a little stiff. I didn't drive this one home, it was delivered on a truck and I have never owned or operated a stock 350z so I can't say from experience. So my question to everyone is whether or not I should swap to a different transmission (if so which is best) or just upgrade the internals (in this case, what parts) to get a smooth transition from gear to gear? Thanks in advance.
