Rear differential bushing replacement

So like everyone has experienced my rear differential bushing is gushing, so I ordered a Z1 urethane replacement for the front and rear bushing, I did not order the bushing removal tool as it is more expensive than the bushing and it has mixed reviews. Is there anyone out there that thinks I should bite the bullet and get it or just cut the old one out and muscle the sleeve out? Thought?

I guess I should mention that it is a 2004 350Z, has anyone noticed a trail of black under your differential bushing that is located in the middle of the rear subframe? I haven’t found any other threads about this issue so I’m just looking for some advice. Somebody has had to deal with this bushing being an upgrade or a repair.

Tom- this isn't an easy DIY, but there are several threads on it if you search. I had a race shop change out the diff bearing on my Z racecar, but haven't done anything on my Z streetcar yet. I haven't seen a "trail of black" under either Zs diff on the floor. You may have another problem going on there.
