i have an 03 on stock suspension. it's bouncy. i dont want to shell out the $$ for coilovers. i have a set of s-techs, will that take care of the bouncing?

Sure, if you upgrade the dampers as well. The majority of the time bounciness is caused by a vehicle being "underdampered". This is either a result of incorrect damper valving (wrong damper) or a worn out damper.
