I've got the STOPTECH BBK with 14.1" F and 12.9" rear. I'm headed to do a road course in April. Last time I did this course I had new factory pads with factory brakes and I went through the rear pads 100% in 2 track days. This time I'll have my STOPTECHS. What pads do folks recommend that won't kill my wallet. What pads for the front and what pads for the rear? And...do folks think I'm 100% assured of making it through 2 track days on 1 set of pads for F/R? Do you think I need spares?

Lastly, where should I buy the pads for stoptech brakes to save the most $'s.

The course is PUTNAM west of INDY. Thanks for the help...

You might pm sloetruk (Bryan), he swears by Carbotech pads and has a link or contact number. Very familiar with going thru pads on the track he is.

edit: to repair spelling, sorry B

I would simply call Carbotech 1-877-899-5024 and ask for Matt. Tell him your fitments and what you are planning. He is also a driver and knows most of the tracks within a few hundred miles from here (N.C.). I like Carbotechs, they might be pricey but man do they work.
