I need help bought my 05 z couple years ago and had overheating issues so changed my thermostat then my radiator then fans finally my water pump. Very temperamental went months without any problems the would change my oil and boom again. Last couple times told them not to touch the coolant and would raise the front end and bleed but just did this again and still came home after work about 7 miles away and still. Can hear both fans blowing. I'm topped off on oil and coolant bled everything. Any advice pls?

It's normal for the fans to turn on
Is the water temperature guage reading high?

When you bleed the cooling system did you have the heater on high/hot setting?

I'm struggling to understand why an oil change would have any impact on the cooling
