Here is a latest photo of my Stainless Steel Shift Knob designed to fit just like OEM . 2 PC Ball with the base for OEM Boot or Aftermarket Boot , tell me what you think

looks nice but i bet that thing gets scorching hot! i love my shift knob, small and stays the same temp all the time. (urethane) to each his own, it does look cool though. How about some pics installed on a z?

Is your Z knob threaded exactly like the OEM shift knob? Does it screw right on? As you know, there are many after-market shift knobs that offer a variety of plastic inserts to obviously accommodate several vehicles. Those particular items with the added small Allen screws, NEVER remain with a real tight fit. Before you know it, they’re turning with each shift.

Ooh, I like that one. Reminds me of the blue anodized one I had for my Z32, which I paid $12 for when in Thailand. I couldn't pass it up. Screwed right onto the existing thread and never came off.
