Developed by Vermot AG in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf, Germany, the Veritas III is a production version of a concept first released in 2001. Vermot announced they would produce the car last year for either racing or regular road use. They honor the vintage Veritas racecars, basically rebodied BMW 328s that became one of the best cars a driver could get in the immediate post-war period. Like the classic version, Veritas keeps ties to BMW and the new supercar uses their 90 V10...read more

IIRC, the guys on TG didn't like the way it handled. I personally don't like it because it looks way too busy.

That is one mean looking roadster. Might make me nervous seeing that thing come up behind me on a stretch of interstate. I'd be screaming, "Don't eat my ass!", and flooring it.

Personally, I'd rather fall off a cliff. Sorry guys, just not diggin it. Kinda smiles at ya like a Mazda 3, has no windshield like that one vette concept, all the while having some Soltice and S2000 styling, albeit a meaner version of the sickness. If either of those cars puked, it look like this. Wow, I just realized how much this car doesnt appeal to me....oh well, to each their own....

But, I'm still curious of how it performs.....may change my mind a little.....
