yes, yes it was.. Originally revealed at the 2001 Tokyo Auto Show.

The GTR Proto was revealed several years later at the 2005 Tokyo Auto Show.

Expect the final version to be shown at this years TAS.

Wow. Talk about dragging it out. There must be a lot of production issues if it's taking that long just to go from concept to production. I hope for their sake it was worth it.

Nissan was not in a position to build a GTR for the worldwide market a few years ago.. Remember in late 90s, they were bordering on bankruptcy.
