(postage not included but guessing it'll be around $20)

This is still less than half price of what Nissan quoted.

Kam80 - araldite and then fibre-glass filler will make it stronger than new. Just don't use too much otherwise the finisher will not fit properly and you have to sand it down.
I think I threw my handle out already...plus I don't think I'd be too flash with fibre-glassing, I'd say I'm more a "drill holes and bolt-it-in kinda guy". Do you want to get two sets of handles from the UK and split the shipping costs?

I'm cool with that. I've asked Alex to get me a quote for the parts delivered to Melbourne. Will let you know when he replies.

Haha Steve because no one has seen a 350Z door before! :-)

We were looking at the plastic of the door handle and wondering who at Nissan decided 3mm thick plastic in some parts were ever going to support the weight of a person actually using the handle as prescribed...

Haha

I was more interested if all the gaping holes were covered.

All good mate, glad your happy. I will be strengthening both bases of the handle using Q-Bond and then some araldite. Hopefully it won't break so easily again.

Also, thinking of integrating the porsche spyder style door handle (ribbon) into the 350z door trim. Any suggestions!!!
