Seeing as how this is the Australia forum, no, this topic hasn't already been discussed. The Australia forum members don't often visit us over in the other forums

[b]So far its the Unichip.

Thanks to the wonders of a modern, learning ECU its learnt around the programming of my piggyback (which is static and can't learn around the factory ECU).

That's an interesting comment and perspective, we at APS have tuned many VQ N/A engines and the power increase is always fairly consistent on a stock VQ engine, who tuned the engine for you?

PM me if you prefer.

jinxxy ive heard the varis ones are top notch, but i dont like the little badge

here's a pic of them, they are flexible too and quite thin, which makes me think they may not be real CF

the pic does look a little duller than in real life. Im planning on trying a smoked clear overlay on top to darken them a bit, but just havent got around to it. Or maybe i need the CF mirror bases as well for the look to work

As much as I like the look of my C-west front lip, it's the only thing I regret. After seeing other kits out there to make the front look more aggressive than stock, I know this will be the first major thing I replace. I'll probably go with either a full body kit or just a Nismo front fascia (1 piece if I remember correctly).

I also got rid of my aluminum airguide in favor of a CF one. That didn't turn out too well since I had to return the broken CF airguide.

I have them installed on my PPW, I think I have pics in the garage, but the fitament is a tad off. I am pleased with the look.

Most people will listen to your unreasonable demands, if you'll consider their unacceptable offer.

yeah i agree the fitment is a little off, u can see the edge of the original b pillar trim from side angle

if they made replacement B pillar trim in real CF id buy it tommorrow

not overlay, but removing the original b pillar trim and clipped on a new CF one

why has no1 done it yet

Sam:

because making a injection mould out of the original B pillar (with the clips behind) + cover it with CF will be very expensive by the time it is finished... so I guess no manufacturer will really be doing that type of work though.. as for the overlay you showed, I reckon it is a very good design already...

The most useless mod that I have got will be the Apexi grounding kit.... and also probably will put in the intake tube as well... I will find out exactly what's it doing to the power loss tomorrow compare to the standard airbox intake... see how much I have gained...

Jason at performance nissan already stated that the integrated MAF sensor design (no matter what brand is it) always give less HP, I guess he has tested them all out... so boys... and apparently it is correct to my case and will see how it goes tomorrow again to confirm that...

cheers,

richie

Thought we'd be inundated with reports of underperforming/overrated stuff?

Everyone must be a lot happier with the aftermarket stuff than i anticipated?

HARRY - what about your colour - aren't you gunna post? Oh, hang-on, that was original. Sorry.
