Sup guys, names Hack. Soon, I will be the new owner of a Z. I am pretty sure that I am going to pick up a 2003 enthusiast w/ 28,000 miles. The dealer is asking for $19,495. Should I accept this price, or try to get it for a bit cheaper. The blue book for this car in excellent condition is $22,000. If this deal falls thru, I'll just wait untill another Z comes on the market. Are there any issues that I should look for?

ask them about tire feathering, check the insides of the tires to see if they feel uneven. Also ask if the VIN number falls into the recall for the fuel filler hose. If so, tell them they must do the repairs if they have not done them yet.

and welcome and good luck

Perhaps I'm a skeptic...but I would be suspicious of any dealer selling something below blue book...and it's not even like it has high mileage or anything. I suppose it could be something they are just really looking to get off of the lot...if that is the case, why not try to haggle the price down a little.

If you do the research, and it looks like a good car / you like the color and options I say go for it and congrats in advance.
