I ordered a set of Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 & 18x10.5 +15 on April 27th. When I placed the order I was told the 10.5's were back order till the end of May. When end of May came and went I contacted Enkei myself. I was told that the RPF1 was a popular wheel and they weren't expecting the mass orders they received. I was told that they should have a new order mid June. Mid June I came home to two (2) RPF1's sitting at my door, the 10.5's. I contacted Enkei and was told they didn't receive 9.5's for me. I contacted Gruppe-S and was told Enkei has them back-ordered, again. This was confusing for me since Oakos Automotive had received several pallets of RPF1 wheels. To include several sets of the same size & offset I ordered from Gruppe-S. I contacted Gruppe-S again and was told expecting them mid July. I contacted Gruppe-S via e-mail this past Friday and received that the 9.5's were backed ordered till end of August. Now I'm pissed. I called Gruppe-S to cancel the rest of the order. I was told there would be a cancelation fee. After arguing a bit I received a call stating I would get a full refund for the cost of the 9.5's in 24hrs. I have received the refund.
This isn't the first problem I've had with Gruppe-S but it is the last time Iwill ever deal with them.
