Yeah, I sent it to a tuner who removes it all the time and specializes in the HR swaps. Also the engine turns on and runs when I put 12v to the signal wire at the starter. I tried testing the volts at the ignition Itself, 12v but at the start signal fuse it's not 12. Not with key turn or anything. Just a click at the bcm
