Welcome, but your problem exceeds what a discussion board can hope to solve. I suggest finding a Nissan specialist or tech in your area and pay them for diagnostics and repair. Your Z has multiple problems that may, or may not be related to your flooding incident.

If your problem started after a carwash , I HIGHLY suggest to check your ECU to see if water got through the engine harness gromet in the engine bay. If the ecu is wet or there is water on the harness itself, you need a new ECU.

Given that all four DTCs point to the throttle position sensor, I'd start there. Remove it and check the molex connector for moisture - maybe use some WD40 to help dry it out (on both sides of the connector, M/F). If that doesn't work, I'd suspect the pedal sensor has gone bad. Not common but it's been known to happen. I don't advocate the "throw parts at it and see if it fixes the problem" method without thorough diagnosis first but at least this part isn't that expensive if you decide to just do an R&R on it, usually under $40.

Mic's: Z33, SRL-311, SL55, Highlander-H / Gone: Z33 & Z34 Nismos, Z33-Rdstr, Z32, Z31 Shiro (R.I.P.), Q45, 6-S30s, SCCA D-Prod SRL311 and a bunch of other non-Nissans.

UPDATE!!! Decided to replace the entire pedal assembly with a used one from a wrecked parts car they ended up telling me that the app sensor cannot be replaced alone hince why mine brand new oem sensor did not work. Once you remove the sensor from the pedal it is no longer gonna operate correct me if im wrong but that seems to be correct. I installed the used pedal and i was able to rev it up and take it for a drive everythings back to normal nomore codes thanks for the input guys. Also noticed on my old pedal assembly there was a green spacer missing it broke off and i found chips on mh caroet idk how that happened but I winder if maybe that was the issue.

"I don't advocate the "throw parts at it and see if it fixes the problem" method without thorough diagnosis first"

As someone who has been a serious DIY auto builder for more then 45 years, I wholeheartedly agree. But, you'd be surprised how many professonals go this route these days.

I like to say it's just laziness. But it was probably more a result of our modern electronic ignition and fuel delivery systems and the electronic controls they use. Everything is "plug-n-play" which encourages throwing parts at a problem because it is less time consuming and even more cost effective than the time and trouble of a thorough diagnosis. Particularly when the problem is intermittent.

I have to admit, it does beat the "can't reproduce problem" notation I've received on invoices at dealerships when they just don't want to bother trying to fix an issue because they know it will be a lot of work with no promise of resolution. I've even had that with my Z at a Nissan dealership related to the air bag warning light.
