here some pictures of what it came out like. my cousin took pictures of when we were doing it. i asked him for them. ill put the wires i severed. cut a pair of lines between am/fm tuner and the ic. im goign to try to convert the video to an acceptable format.

So far thus aux input is awesome. Can't charge while listening as I get interference but eff it :P

Jesse,

In an earlier post you stated you had the service manual for your radio. Where did you get it? I have the non-Bose single CD radio in my car and would like to try a similar mod.

i got it from this site
CLARION PP2778L Service Manual free download, schematics, eeprom, repair info for electronics
ripped out my stereo and found the model number
Clarion PP-2778L
and they had the service manual that showed me all the schematics and i traced the Left and Right lines from the FM input

Did someone ever figure this out?! i looked at OP posts and never posted a how to,
i have an 07 non bose radio. anyone know how to hook up an aux cord to it, or where i can find a wiring diagram for my radio?
