Stillen 350Z Camber Arms
Stillen 350Z Camber Arms

1. Lift vehicle and position safety stands underneath frame points so suspension can hang freely. Under NO conditions get under vehicle supported only by a floor jack! Observe all other safety precautions, i.e. safety glasses, wheel chocks etc. Even better would be use of an automotive floor lift if one were available.

2. To help preserve your factory alignment, it is recommended that you mark the eccentric cams located on the inner pivot points of the camber arm. After marking, loosen the inner and outer pivot bolts on the arm. To facilitate removal of inner bolts, the rear sway bar will have to be moved out of the way. This can be easily accomplished by removing the sway bar frame mounts and letting the bar hang out of the way. When removing the stock arm, keep in mind that the weight of the wheel/tire assembly may make removal of the arm difficult. It is helpful to have a friend assist with this step.

3. At this point it would be wise to lay the factory arm and the Stillen arm side by side. Adjust the Stillen arm to match the factory arm length. This will ensure the alignment will not be too far out. After making sure the factory alignment cams are in their marked location, torque the inner bolts to 48-59 ft-lbs. Torque the outer bolts to 59-70ft-lbs. Reinstall the sway bar and torque the frame mounts to 20-29 ft-lbs. NOTE: Nissan recommends all locking nuts on the arms be replaced after servicing.

4. Make sure the 3-piece coupling assembly on Stillen arm is tight before driving vehicle. Lower vehicle off jack stands and it is highly recommended the car be aligned at this time.

5. DONE!!!
