Modding a nissan 350z?

Is a 2006 nissan 350z acceptable for performance modifications/tuning?

I don't wanna get a car that will ffff up from tuning it

I was gonna work on/add the

exhaust, intake, stiffer springs, shocks and sway bar, vortec sc kit, new shift knobs, spacer, pulley, and a little exterior work

im new to the car world; haha girly noob.

The '06 Z33 uses the VQ35DE "revup" engine, which has a 500 RPM higher limit, but is also known for using more oil. If you don't know much about cars, don't add forced induction to an engine that already uses oil. The rest of your mods are OK, but the first thing to modify on ANY 350Z is YOU. The nut behind the wheel makes a difference in a powerful RWD sports car. Invest in a driving school and learn to drive what is an incredibly capable car.
