Grunting Noise Rear Suspension - Nissan 350Z Forum : 350Z / 370Z Tech Forums

There is a grunting noise coming from the rear of my car. It only makes the noise when I go over a speed bump, turning into a parking spot and when i get out of the car. Also if I push down on the rear of my car it makes the noise. Could this be that my shocks are going bad? or what?

It could be bad shocks, but I'd wager that it's a ruptured subframe bushing.

so i should just check the bushings on both sides bc both sides makes the noise? its been like this for a couple of months now and it is just annoying
