I just got the Cobb access port (a fun little gadget) and i looked at my codes and im getting a P0605 code i cant find any info on what it is i just see ECM/ECU... i couldnt find any more descriptions of what it is...

it is thinking there is something wrong with the ECU (ECM) most likely due to the acessport, I would call Cobb and get with them, it may be something as simple as clearing the code and your ok or your ECU might need recovery.

Does the car start and run OK? If so then it may just be a momentary code due to the flashing of the ECU and clearing the code is all that is needed.

car runs great... i imagine the ECU is working fine because it transfers all information to the accessport like coolant temp intake temp RPMS all info like that. i know ECU does a million things.. but all seems well.

PCM read only memory (ROM) error . I bought a code reader awhile back and that is what that code came up with. Kind of an odd ball code though

Would check battery connections make shure grounds are clean that could throw out tha code possibly and sometimes a weak battery. If not have you changed the ECM or done anything to it lately? possible the VIN is not registered in the ECM just ideas too look at if the code is serious
